Returns & Refunds

According to my store terms & conditions and because each print is numbered and made to order for each customer, mean is unique: I do not accept returns and I do not offer refunds.

Why?
First of all, I'm not a printing house and only print to order. Printing on high-quality large-format paper is very expensive, and my commission is relatively small. Using a professional printer is also expensive. Therefore, I can't afford to pay for reckless customer orders. I hope this makes sense.

If a print is damaged during shipping and the buyer can confirm this with photos of the damaged packaging and the damaged print, I will send a copy of the print within 14 days with an appropriate note on the back stating that it is a second copy of the same print.
